The difference is the profit for the trader.

We’ve launched CryptoPrijzen because we experienced ourselves that we paid too much. In fact, we didn’t know we paid too much. The costs and fees were not transparant and we weren’t aware of brokers charging high fees. Our goal is that brokers show the fees transparant and lower their fees.

We only compare Bitcoin prices of trusted brokers

We are very picky when it comes to list a new Bitcoin broker. We only list trusted brokers with a good reputation in the field. The companies we work with are operating for at least a couple of years and have a good customer support.

Every broker has its own unique selling points and tries to distinguish itself. Some try to have the lowest fees and others are trying to list as many coins as they can. Although a broker and its service can differ, in the end, you are buying the same product. The Bitcoin (BTC) is everywhere the same. It is a waste of money to spend this on high fees.

Try to vary a bit when choosing a broker by comparing Bitcoin prices. Please keep in mind that you always have to do good research to project and the company you are planning to use. You can do your research by searching reviews online and checking their social media accounts.

You can easily visit the website of the broker by clicking the Buy Now or Sell Now button. Some brokers will require you to register a new account.

Why compare Bitcoin and score the cheapest Bitcoin?

Many cryptocurrency investors tend to limit themselves to one broker or exchange. After all, they have a good experience with this broker and do not see the point of switching brokers. That is understandable, but as you can see you easily pay too much. Our goal is to avoid that. As you can see on this page, by comparing Bitcoin you can save over € 100.

Whenever you buy Bitcoin with an expensive broker, you immediately have a negative ROI because of the high trading and services fees. Buying cheap Bitcoin helps you with this problem when purchasing. After all, it is an investment and you’re hoping to make a profit.

Calculation example: Suppose the cheapest Bitcoin broker charges 0.25% trading costs and a slightly more expensive broker charges 2%. If you invest an amount of € 100 with both brokers, you will receive € 99.75 in BTC with the cheapest broker and only € 98.00 in BTC with the slightly more expensive broker.

With our overviews you can also explore new brokers with features you might not know. Like a bigger offer, dollar cost averaging options or advanced trading options. All brokers offer a free registration proces.

Why do Bitcoin prices differ per provider?

A broker is allowed to determine its own price for selling and buying Bitcoin. In the past it was less transparant and the fees were really high. Nowadays, most of the brokers are more transparant, but not all brokers show you the actual costs. Their own Bitcoin price are determined based on the following factors:

  • The current spot Bitcoin price.
  • The variable or fixed service fees of the broker. This can differ between 0.25% and as high as 5%.
  • The interval when new prices are calculated.
  • Some brokers charge extra costs for payment methods, ID verification or blockchain fees.

The fee is added to the spot price for a buy order and deducted from the price for a sell order. The price that is shown on the website of the broker is most of the time the final price. Some brokers like Litebit and BTC Direct charge extra costs for easy payment methods. These extra costs are not shown in the overviews.

When the prices are rising or falling in a short time, some providers may not have updated the prices yet. So this can affect the price. This can be in your advantage, but also the other way around.

Comparing Bitcoin pays off if you just look at the difference in fees that the brokers charge. So do you want to buy or sell Bitcoin? It is always smart to compare prices.

Is this an independent Bitcoin price comparer?

The overviews are sorted independently based on the Bitcoin prices. The prices are provided by the brokers themselves. Our goal is that visitors will never pay too much for cryptocurrency again. We will never rank brokers higher, because they advertise on our platform. Keep in mind that we can avoid or delist brokers, most of the time this is because of pricing fraud. The cheapest is simply on top, so that you can buy the cheapest Bitcoin.

Are all the Bitcoin prices correct?

We retrieve all prices directly via the so-called API of the broker. All providers developed this API available. We have no influence on the prices that the broker shows via the API. It could therefore be that there’s a different price on our website. We are therefore not responsible or liable for the prices shown. We are allowed to adjust the prices when the API prices differ from the actual prices.

Each broker support different payment methods. You can expect the following payment methods: credit card, IBAN Bank Transfer, SOFORT, iDEAL, GiroPay, Bancontact, MyBank, Carte Bancaire and EPS. Please check the website of the broker to see which payment methods they offer.
